I would be neglectful if l failed to warn prospective residents’ families about the sheer lack of communication with nursing , social services and entire staff here. Generally there is neither feedback nor follow up to inquiries — IF you can reach staff by phone ( a previous Administrator explained getting a nurse to answer phone ” hit or miss”…. !). Fair warning…and if staff put half as much effort into responding to resident needs as they do party-planning it would have favorable ratings from the experts— such as U.S. NEWS AND WORLD REPORT, MEDICARE and ProPUBLICA. Satrongly suggest reading while considering placement of loved one if you don’t want them i g n o r e d after the initial few weeks after admitted.

Staff got extra pillows for the patient and cared for the patient well and safely. Thank you for your care.

We had a wonderful visit with our mom yesterday and today. All the staff we met are very professional, caring, friendly and compassionate to the patients. We’ve seen all patients are having activities going on and we love how the staff are recognized during the nurses week celebration. Angelica is our social worker for our mother. She’s the most supportive and caring and most of all very efficient at her job. We are truly grateful for all the care our mother received at the facility

‘I was greeted with a smile upon walking in. By 8:30 a.m., my mom had already been fed her French toast puree and they were getting her ready for a bath. I feel good to know that she is always fresh and clean in the facility.

Our church group comes on Sundays to interact with the people. Every staff member we came in contact with during our visit was very pleasant. Held the door open for us and assisted with checking in and out. I see the staff working with the people there and it’s nice to see.

The staff is very friendly. The place is clean. They know what they’re doing. The residents feel right at home. Staff On top of things!! I am very happy to have chosen this facility I am very satisfied with the staff and the facility specially, the treatment nurses

Staff members were always nice. While I was visiting with Paul they were polite and answered any questions I had.

Great and very calm CNA staffing, also nurses are very helpful and co operative, breakfast lunch and dinner always on time and very healthy meals. Greatly appreciated to administer and all staff, also very co operative and cool people, some of CNA are extra ordinary taking care of patients and that’s why I choose your company for my mother. Thank you so much Artesia palm care staff. LOVE YOU GUYS ♥️♥️
